This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") sets forth the terms and conditions under which [Network Reporting & Mediation] ("Company") will provide court reporting services to its clients ("Customer").

1. Recording Meetings: The Customer shall not record any meetings or proceedings hosted by the Company.

2. Sharing Transcripts: The Customer shall not share, reproduce, or distribute any transcripts in electronic or hardcopy form without ensuring that the Company is compensated in accordance with its established fee for second copies of transcripts.

3. Cancellation Policy: The Customer agrees to notify the Company of any cancellation by 5:00 PM the day prior to the scheduled service. Failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in cancellation charges being applied to the Customer's account.

4. Payment Responsibility for Late or Same-Day Cancellations: The booking party is responsible for payment of all services scheduled to be provided by the Company. In the event that payment is not made, the booking party agrees to pay all costs and expenses incurred by the Company in collecting such payment, including but not limited to attorneys' fees, court costs, and collection agency fees.

5. Third-party software: The customer shall not use any third-party software integration in Zoom or Webex meetings.

By engaging the Company's services, the Customer agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. The Company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on the Company's website.

If the Customer violates any of the terms of this Agreement, the Company reserves the right to terminate services immediately without liability or refund.
